We’ve returned from the 2025 PRINTING United Leadership Summit in Ponte Vedra Beach, and we’re grateful for the time we spent connecting with so many industry leaders.
Thank you to everyone who visited our booth! We had some incredible conversations about the future of print, and we were especially excited to share insights about the RMGT 970—the most affordable and productive 8-up press in North America.
It sparked plenty of interest thanks to its impressive specs: the RMGT 970 runs at up to 16,000 sheets per hour, supports LED curing for instant dry times, and offers Autonomous Smart Assist Printing (ASAP) for single pressman operation. With its 25" x 38" format and massive cost savings over traditional 40" presses, it’s a game-changer for offset production.
We also discussed the SD-Italy F150R Pro, a hybrid CNC routing and cutting system designed for wide-format, display, signage, and industrial applications. This versatile machine handles materials ranging from 6" foam to kiss-cut labels with precision and speed. Its capabilities include automatic tool changes, high-speed processing, and optional Automatic Stud Welding (ASW) technology, which enhances productivity and precision in applications like architectural signage and façade fabrication.
Additionally, we highlighted the Foliant Taurus 530 NG 4x4, a high-performance, double-sided industrial laminating machine built for nonstop operation. With speeds up to 131 feet per minute for single-sided lamination and 114 feet per minute for double-sided, it efficiently handles both digitally printed sheets and high volumes of offset prints. Its compact design includes features like a suction feeder, high-speed bump separator, and options such as non-sticky rollers and a pallet stacker, making it ideal for a wide range of lamination jobs.
We also introduced the F1R2 Pro, an advanced CNC cutting and routing system designed for precision and efficiency in various applications. With its robust construction and high-speed capabilities, the F1R2 Pro is engineered to handle complex cutting tasks with ease, making it an excellent choice for businesses aiming to enhance their production workflows.
Rounding out the lineup, the Fold Stream folding and gluing machine impressed attendees with its innovative multi-belt system that simplifies setup across digital and offset workflows. Quick-release guided tools, spring-loaded drive rollers, and fully adjustable plows ensure smooth, accurate folding, while an intuitive touchscreen gives operators real-time control over speed and glue placement—boosting both flexibility and productivity.
