We Found Your Spark at ISA 2026 in Orlando!
Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Graphco booth at ISA in Orlando!
We know how busy the show floor can be, and we appreciate you taking the time to connect with our team, see the equipment running, and talk through your current production challenges. Those conversations are always the most valuable part of the show for us.
This year, we focused on a simple idea: helping shops find a more efficient way to produce dimensional signage.
A More Integrated Workflow
The SD-Italy Augusta F150R PRO was on display alongside Graphco’s Auto Stud Welding (ASW) technology, showing how routing, cutting, and stud welding can be combined into a single, integrated workflow. For many operations, these steps are still handled across separate systems, which adds labor, increases setup time, and introduces variability.
Bringing those steps together makes the process more consistent and easier to control.
Where ASW Makes a Difference
The addition of ASW technology is a key part of that shift. Because the stud welder follows the same CNC program as the router, placement is consistent from part to part. That reduces rework, improves assembly accuracy, and allows jobs to move through production with fewer manual touchpoints.
The Augusta F150R PRO continues to support a wide range of materials, including PVC, wood, metal, acrylics, foam, and composite substrates. With ASW integrated into the process, it becomes a more complete solution for producing dimensional and architectural signage efficiently and at scale.

Built for the Work Shops Are Taking On
A consistent theme throughout the show was the need to simplify production while maintaining output. Labor constraints and increasing demand are pushing shops to find ways to do more with fewer resources. Integrated systems like this offer a practical way forward.
That’s where Graphco’s approach comes into play. It’s about giving shops a more controlled, more efficient way to produce what we call The Unfair Advantage™.
We appreciate everyone who took the time to stop by and see it in person. If you would like to learn more or take a closer look at how this workflow could fit into your operation, we would be happy to continue the conversation.
