Every stud is meticulously welded with precision using the identical CNC program as the rest of the job, ensuring flawless cuts with zero tolerance, all while keeping the material perfectly stationary.

The engineering behind the Augusta line of products redefines CNC routing and cutting in a variety of ways. The Augusta F150R Pro boasts operating speeds of over 6.5 feet-per-second with 2G acceleration powered by an ElectroSpindle drive sized up to 13 kW. It has the 25 fully automated tools on board enabling hybrid operation from kiss-cut vinyl to 6” thick wood and dense foam.
